So you may be asking yourself what is a QR Code? What does it do and what are they for? Or what does QR (quick response) stand for? Well let me show you and help you understand how simple they are to create and how they can help you in your business.
All you need to do is have a mobile smart phone and go into your APP STORE and search for the words “QR CODE” and download a free QR CODE app so you will have a QR code scanner on your phone.
That is easy to do. Yes, they are FREE so no need to pay for an app. It’s called a scanner because it uses the camera on your phone to scan or read the data on the QR Code.
Once you are done simply click here : MARK MANDERVILLE’S FREE QR CODE GENERATOR TOOL
There are different formats of how you can create a QR code…what I mean by that is different styles. Now yes they all will look like a 2D bar code but you can create different ones to show different information as someone scans your code with their smartphone to portray your message.
You can create a plain text QR code message, a URL website message, an SMS message or even a QR code that has your contact information so when people scan it , your contact information will be uploaded into their phone immediately. Yes very cool stuff:)
SCAN These QR CODES Below NOW with your SmartPhone to see an example of a Contact Info QR CODE and also a WEB URL address and please add me as a friend on Facebook when you scan the Facebook QR CODE.
So wasn’t that easy and fun. Again if you learned from this post or got anything out of it…please SHARE and RETWEET this and please leave any comments.
See you on the beaches,

That’s a smart strategy, Chris. I can see QR codes being used on real estate signs to direct people to the detailed web page for the listing. Talk about delivering content when the consumer is hungry!
